Domestic and Domestic/International Calling plans
Are incoming or inbound calls deducted from calling plan minutes. Is there anything from Microsoft in writing about this? (ie. in Microsoft docs, slide decks, or a blog by a Microsoft rep) I haven't found anything.

Inbound calls are not deducted from Call Plans. See here:

In addition, the Docs.com article refers to call plans and minutes in a call out context but as you will see nothing at all mentioned on inbound
