Does Microsoft Teams using https://urlshortener.teams.microsoft.com ?

Hi folks,   Does anyone know if MS started using this kind of URL shortener or is another scam/spam? Received recently "https://urlshortener.teams.microsoft.com/random number here)"   Thanks
