Display Problems Playing Video Clips in MS Teams on Mac

Hi

I recently uploaded a video clip to a channel and experienced a problem where the video just shows a white window even though the sound plays correctly. I can watch other videos uploaded by others but not the video I uploaded. 

I looked up and found this article : https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/topic/display-problems-playing-video-clips-in-windows-d3b1ae59-f11a-101e-326d-5ecfdc0143c2 but it seems like the resolution is only for window users, not Mac IOS.
