Display full message dialog for first post in conversation

The use of the 'Add a subject' field is pretty much essential within a Channel to better separate topics of discussion within the Channel.  This also allows the filter to display conversation threads by Subject.

However, encouraging the user community to complete the 'Add a subject' field is very difficult when the default first message or 'New Conversation' only displays the highly compact message dialog and the user has to select the 'Format' icon from the message bar.  Too many steps results in no-use of the feature.

A setting within Teams' 'Chat' section to display the full message dialog upon selecting the 'New Conversation' button, would go a long way towards ensuring that more conversations than less will actually have a 'Subject'.
