Disabled Outbound Calling, But Want to Show Call-in Info

Hi,

I don't have outbound calling for my audio conferencing account enabled since my organization does not want to incur the cost for it. I do however, have inbound calling. Upon logging in to a meeting via teams, and upon selecting phone audio, an error message appears that says phone audio is not available. Users can still call-in using the credentials on the invite though, it just doesn't sync the teams virtual session and the call. Therefore, is there a way to have Teams at least show the call-in information for users that want to use their phones instead of misleading them by telling them there is no audio conferencing? Further, is there a way to sync inbound callers with virtual accounts like other services do?

ahauley - When you are joined into a meeting, there is an option under the "..." to show meeting details.  That slide out will show the users the current dial-in and conference ID.  Keep watching the phone audio / meeting join experience though for some future improvements in that experience.

Alternately if they are using a mobile device to dial in from a recommendation would be to use the mobile client to join.  You could join from both devices - primary device for content and viewing meeting / secondary device (mobile device) for audio.  This would show correct user join information as well vs just the phone number you see when people dial in.
