Disable creating team from users

Question

&nbsp;Our company is using Office 365 Essentials, I'm deploying Teams for all users. please let me know whether it can disable creating Team from end user, please noted we are using Office 365 Essentials. I heard that we need use Power Shell to do it. I just worry it cannot do on 365 Essentials.&nbsp;thank you for your support.&nbsp;Hien,&nbsp;&nbsp;
