Disable Chats if Out of Office
If a corporate user sets their status to Out of Office, is it possible for them to not receive chats during that time? They receive several chats a day and do not want them waiting when they return.

Currently Teams does not have capacity to block incoming chat messages when a user is out of office.
however, you have the option to block a contact, if necessary. When blocking a contact, they will not be able to add you to a one-to-one chat.
