Direct routing in Teams
Hi,
Our company has presence worldwide and each country is responsible for it's own telephony. Is it possible to have multiple carriers connected to our O365 tenant for direct routing so that each country can still use the carrier they like to work with?
yes, you can have different carriers. The routing in your tenant would be the control piece for call routing. Your carriers supply the ingress\egress to your SBCs. You can have multiple SBCs and routes.

Jake Jacobs Thanks for quick reply! So basically every carrier can setup a SBC to handle the users that they have as a carrier?

ParLinderoth Either a carrier supplied SBC or your company. They can be virtual and that includes Azure or AWS as well. We are a Microsoft Partner that focuses on these deployments.
