Direct Routing and Calling Line Identity
Hello, Teams seems to only allow three Calling Line Identity policies - Anonymous, User CLI and a Service Number. How do I assign a Direct Routing number as a user's Caller ID? Our customers want ...
Hi,
I've not seen if they are working on this but it would be a good feature. For now you can set a service number as the Caller ID and then change this in the SBC used for Direct Routing.
Any update on being able to do this with a Direct Routing number?
