Different format of local number vs toll-free in meeting footer

Does anyone know if the formats for the phone numbers in a meeting footer can be modified?  Currently we see this:

The two formats between the local and toll-free numbers are different.  We'd like to see them be the same.  Does anyone know if we can remove the as well?  Below is what is desired:
