Dial in information not shown in invitation
Hello together,
Background:
we're currently evaluating the audio conferencing addon in MS Teams. I got the Audio conferencing Addon assigned to my account, and i can see, that the feature is active for me. I also got the e-mail from Microsoft, which includes my conference telephone number and pin.
Problem:
When i'm creating a conference via teams or outlook plug-in, the telephone number is not included in the text.
I checked several hints from different posts, but nothing seems to work. Did anyone have the same issue and a solution?

Sometimes you have to wait when it comes to changes in Teams, if it doesn't work wait a day or two.

- Neil PetersenCopper ContributorI've seen this before when assigning Audio Conferencing, for some of my clients it has applied immediatley and others it has taken a day or so, but has appeared without and intervention.

Update:
I don't know if some Microsoft supporter saw this post and did something or if it's just a coincidence. We didn't change anything from yesterday to today and before i posted, i checked, that it's still not working.... Now it's working. Thanks kind stranger 😉

Hi,
If you create a meeting from Outlook web (https://outlook.office365.com/) and add Teams to that meeting do you get the dial-in information then? Note that you have to send away the invite for the Teams information to be added.
You can also join a meeting you created and see if you can see the dial-in information in that meeting in the meeting details.
Also check if you can see the dial-in information in Teams Admin Center for that user.

LinusCansby Thanks for your reply. I tried your suggestion yesterday without any success. The dial in information was also shown in the teams admin center.
It's now working without us changing anything.
