Delete Option not available
Did anyone have any luck with this one yet?
Company-wide Teams channel, allows emails from all senders by default (now revoked), but we're left with a message in the channel we can not remove. Owners have been enabled to remove message, however no ellipsis is availble to do that (...).

We gave up looking for a fix for this and deleted the Team, waited a little bit and then recreated it. Thankfully it was quite a new Team which had very little data in it.
The only scenario I didn't try; would be temporarily elevating the user who posted the unwanted message to an owner in the Team, then seeing if they perhaps get the ellipsis delete message option.
Good luck!thanks, promoting the users to owner was another thing that I had tried, but they weren't able to do that either. This is the primary team for our entire firm, so deleting it would be a disaster. I wish I could tho. There are a lot of things that I would change if I could start over from scratch with this blasted system. I'm just grateful it wasn't something graphic or something. The inability to delete these kinds of things is such a huge failure. As an admin on the system, I SHOULD be able to clean this kind of thing up. Having to look at it every day until it rolls up just makes me regret this use of teams.
