Delete Microsoft Teams free account on Android

Hi, I need to delete a wrongly created Microsft Teams free account on Android. Ps. I know how to delete the MT app, I need to delete the MT ACCOUNT Thanks

So you want to remove it from the app? Or do you want to completly remove the account for MSTeams?
