Delegate access to Teams Meeting
We have a situation where a user has multiple Teams meetings scheduled with 3rd parties, but had to go on medical leave and is unable to host them. We need others users to be able to host those meetings. Any ideas?
- Hi Joe_E ,
First of all I would recommend this post:
https://techcommunity.microsoft.com/t5/microsoft-teams/changing-the-organiser-of-a-teams-meeting/m-p/1405773
If this didn't help enough:
Are the meetings safed in the users outlook? If so you can export those meetings and the others can hold the meetings (Depends on the config of the meetings (rights)).
If this doesn't work, I would cancel and resend the meetings from the new employees.
As last option I would reset the Password and give access to the employees.
Best regards
