this is not possible afaik.
This behavior is also documented here:
„The default phone number of your conference bridge defines the caller ID that will be used when an outbound call is placed by a participant or the organizer from within a meeting.“

The only other option is that if you have direct routing or calling plans and no audio conferencing license the personal number. But this means the user has no dial in capability for the meeting anymore.
