deeplink to start a call/videocall ?

It is simple just replace the chat with call, for example: https://teams.microsoft.com/l/call/0/0?users=joe@contoso.com

Hi tried the Uri but call cuts off I put my email and it shows the KM but says unknown call where my name should be and rings twice and then cuts off what could be the reason for call not being completed we get message could not complete this call message
