Deep Link to a Call / Video call does not work with some users

Hi,

 

we discovered, that a deep link to a call / video call with some users does not work if their userPrincipalName in the AD is not all lower-case (a chat however works fine). It seems there was another thread with the same problem, but it's not available anymore:

    Same issue here! Not possible to deep link calls to any user with uppercase letters!

    we have the same problems.
