Customizing Duration of Status no longer visible in New Teams

In New Teams, the possibility to customize the duration of a status is no longer an option, as it used to be in the "Old" Teams, is this by design?

Yes, it's "by design", for now. In other words Microsoft has not yet gotten to port this feature to the new client. As they aim for full parity between the "old" and "new" Teams, you can expect it to appear in the coming weeks/months.

VasilMichev hi is it possible to implement this in new teams quicker? I really want to switch to the new teams and I need this feature more :cryingwithlaughter:, Thanks.

        Very disappointing that we don't see the statuses in the People list... Why can't I see the status directly next to the contact?
