Customizable lobby
Having a lobby is a great way to prevent gatecrashers into the meeting using a link. Are we able to customize the message in the lobby or add a logo or something so that the guests will know that they are at the right place?
Zoom did it very nicely. We were allowed to add our logo and our own message. Our students were able to know that they are attending the right class and all of them will have to wait in the lobby until the host (teacher) allows them in.
There is no such function in Teams. All students are automatically in the meeting room once they join.
So there are two requests here:
- Allow customizable lobby for a better experience.
- Even people in the organisation can be made to wait in the lobby, not just for guests.
All these are doable in Zoom.

1. Check this uservoice asking something similar.
2. Yes, Microsoft if working on that feature. You will get an option that no one is able to bypass the lobby.
