Custom greetings not being saved

Question

Hello,&nbsp;We have multiple people on our team that are not able to save the custom greetings.You can enter the text and then click [OK] to go back to the previous screen and then click on [x] to close out the settings, but when you go back into the settings and check, the custom greetings are empty.&nbsp;Thank you.
