Create personal Microsoft Teams account

Hello

I would like to create a personal Microsoft Teams account.
The problem is, I accidentally created a business account for my email.

To revert this, I tried deleting the whole Microsoft Account, but this tells me it takes 60 days until the account is finally deleted.

Now I can neither login to Microsoft Teams or create a new account.

All it says when i try to login is "Something went wrong".

Is there a possibility to delete a Microsoft Account immediately, so I can start from scratch with my email?
