Controlling Meetings
Is there a way that when you are having a meeting, you can prevent meeting participants from un-muting themselves or muting others?
- You can use meeting roles to make people attendees to prevent them to share, mute people etc. although in a normal teams meeting everyone can unmute themselves and use audio/video!
Look at live events in case you want attendees to Only be able to watch ( and use QnA ) and where you can specifically invite presenters to be able to use audio/video/ sharing etc

Thanks for getting back so quickly. Live Events is over the top for what we are trying to do; just a meeting with 20 or so students. Where do I find meeting roles?
