Control who can send emails to a Team
Is there a global feature that can be set to ensure that only members of the Team can send emails to a channel.
I have found you can set it individually by channel and what I am looking for is a setting throughout Teams to control this feature.
Thank you,
- AnqB0VVRJMzsO6zVIron Contributorcould you share some detail about "I have found you can set it individually by channel "?
maybe screenshot, appreciate it
didn't find any setting could control this, no matter global/individual- AnqB0VVRJMzsO6zVIron Contributorha, I miss this part, actually I never change it
but agree with Laurel, this sounds like a template/policy could be managed by global
on the other hand, is there a way to send emails from channel to all member?
(like "missed activity emails", not "share to outlook" and add recipients by manual)
I mean by user/owner by default Teams function, not by admin/Graph
Laurel Treamer I'm not aware of such but it's a great suggestion that you could add to the Teams feedback portal if you'd like Microsoft Teams · Community
