Contact list no longer available in new Teams version
When new teams go live, can I keep using the old version? The new version only has a chat list and no contact list. I regularly use my contact list to determine if someone is in the office. ...
I primarily use the Contacts to arrange frequently used contacts into various groups
as a workaround to the fact that the Chat tab only allows pin of 15 people/groups max.
In this way I can easily find favourite people in the various divisions I deal with.
This is a definite blocker on moving to new teams.
I use contacts regularly. I keep the people I am in touch with the most sorted into groups. I use this feature daily. So far I can't see anything that has been improved with the New Teams. Several features that I use have now disappeared and those that haven't disappeared have become clunky.
