Consult to Transfer doesn't put caller on hold
When our receptionist answers the phone, clicks Consult to Transfer, usually the caller would be put on hold so our receptionist can provide info to the person she is consulting with. However lately...

Our receptionist has a Yealink Model MP56 phone.
However, she never uses the phone, she always uses her headset or laptop to pick up the phone calls and always uses her laptop to put calls on hold, consult to transfer, and everything else.

Leannadoray990 How do calls come in, I'm going to guess it's from an SBC rather than a calling plan? This kind of fault would seem to be in the SBC configuration.
