Connecting problem

I would like to join a meeting, but after I clicked the "join" button, I stuck with connecting.

Hi Schreiner_Gbor  Could you clarify that that means: "I stuck with connecting."  So nothing happens?

ThereseSolimenoyes nothing happens, so that i can't join the meeting. I've waited 5 minutes, but nothing.

    Hi Schreiner_Gbor  So you click on the join meeting button and the screen goes blank? Does this happen if you use the web version at teams.microsoft.com?  You might try to uninstall and reinstall the desktop client.
