Configure the view in Shifts

Hi!

We are a somewhat large organization working 24/7 and thus we have nightshifts. The Shift app in Teams looks really really great but we have 2 things that we'd like to see in the future.

1. Ability to integrate with Outlook, e.g. export the Shift schedule/calendar for all members of a group to the Outlook calendar.

2. When setting up nightshifts between 15:30 - 08:00 (3:30pm - 08:00am), the calendar in Shifts does a not-so-good job at visualizing this particular shift. We'd like for these, e.g. shifts that extend between two days, to actually be "overlapped" on two "day-columns" in the calendar.
