Common Area Phone in Teams Call Queue
I have a question. Can we add Common Area Phone in Teams Call Queue as an agent.

Yes you can add Common Area Phone in Teams Call Queue but be aware there are lot of limitation on the common area phone licenses. Ex. Voicemail Feature is not available in the common area phone services.
