Cloud recordings - stream migrated to Onedrive, expiry?
Hi all,
My organisation's cloud recordings have recently migrated from Stream to Onedrive, as per the roadmap for development, however we require (education establishment) that they expire after 20 days, apparently the setting should be in the teams global admit settings to enable this, however I cannot find it, is this set to update soon? UK based.
- Do you mean the access to the videos should expire after 20 days?

bawjohnson Hi, I'm not aware of such a setting. But if you were still using the old storage "Stream" and didn't have license to use Stream it would stay in Azure Media Service for 21 days before being automatically deleted. Same goes with if you hadn't any license to use OneDrive/SharePoint as storage, then it would also be like the above scenario.
But this https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-365/compliance/apply-retention-labels-automatically?view=o365-worldwide#microsoft-teams-meeting-recordings is in preview and the possibility opened up when changing the storage location. Go have a look!
