Checking for updates doesn't tell me if the currently installed Teams app is updated or not in Mac?
Am I not seeing it?

AntDude the messaging is a bit variable on PC as well, sometimes it says "You have the latest Updates", sometimes it just silently goes away. If there were updates it would tell you if it needs to restart Teams to apply them. 99% of the time it's all updated itself when you weren't looking.
