Channel at Microsoft Teams
How can I see all channels of a Team, important I will see the deleted channels, too.

Select the Team > Ellipsis (...) > Manage Team > Channels. This will show you all active and deleted channels.

Ok, so I see 22 channels (active) and 7 deleted but when I want to create a new one, teams tells me I have too many channels, please delet one.
I don´t understand the message, because I mean I can create 200 channels.
Do you have an idea.
