Changing the organizer of a Teams Meetings

Hi,

When we set "only me" option after scheduling a Ms-teams meeting there is some of the abnormal things are happening. At some of the meeting, organizers, became an attendee so he can't record or screen share. When I change meeting option policy as "Who can present - Only me" option some other member become presenter in the meeting and organizer can't be seen. Please advise what to do for this.
