Change the Sharepoint link within a Teams channel

Hi all,

 

I am trying to restructure our Teams file organization. As it doesn't seem to be possible to move an existing Teams channel into a subfolder/channel. I don't want to create a new channel or delete the old one due to chat history ...

 

Therefore, I am wondering whether it's possible to move the folders in the channel to a new destination and just change the Sharepoint link within the channel (so you're automatically redirected to the new location). Does anyone know whether this is possible?

    it should be possible, please chack this link form more information:

    It is important, after you change the URLs, you need to refresh the files tab in each channel in Teams.
