Change the order of Teams video backgrounds
Hello,
My company has a number of customized backgrounds that are available as background filters when enabling your camera. Currently they sit at the bottom of the list. I would like to know a way to re-arrange the background options so our custom backgrounds are at the top of the list for everyone in the organization.

This is such an obvious desire as the default behaviour by anyone who works for any sized company, it's inconceivable that people at Microsoft don't know this.
Sadly, the only possible explanation is that the want to force your custom backgrounds to the end of a long list, so that you will be more likely to use the backgrounds they provide (do they get $$ for this?) or so that you will upgrade to Premium ($$).
It's amazing and sad that in 2025 we still have to jump through hoops, sometimes 5 or 10 steps to do a simple task, when computers were literally invented because people wanted to solve that problem, and make simple, common groups of tasks "one click". Business goals conflicting with people goals wins again... :(
Christopher440 It is not possible to arrange them different. But with Teams Premium you could do some advanced stuff like a policy to just show your company backgrounds.

or KbWorks.nl- As the Teams background become more numerous, having a sort functionality is more pressings. I represent different organizations and need to switch my background quickly.
