Change "Calls" Screen layout to put "Speed Dial" on bottom.

The new "Calls" screen layout stinks for those of us who do not want to use the speed dial option (those of us who work in an office and usually chat, call interoffice, or dial hundreds of client numbers). Is there a way to change the "Calls" screen layout to move the "Speed Dial" window to be beneath the "History" window? Every single time I wish to look at the history I have to click on that arrow next to "Speed Dial" to minimize, and it is majorly annoying.
