Change a private teams account to an Edu account

Hello, I'm a teacher for health professionals. I created a organisation with teams for free two weeks ago. Is ist possible to change it to an Edu account? We can not use our working mail address because we are not allowed to log in in MS oder mail accounts (we use the IT of a hospital). But we can proof, that we are a school. Our students don't have school mails as well. IS ist possible to use the Edu Team wiht private accounts? Thank you for your help

    It's better if you ask this to a Microsoft representative. Experience tells me that depending on your Office 365 Plan, changing to a different one is not possible. In your case, what I would suggest is to think on moving from Teams Free to Commercial and then see if it's possible to change to an Edu tenant
