Can't share document in a teams group when one particular user is added

I am getting an error when trying to upload a document into a Teams chat. The error states 'failed to send'. This only happens when one particular user is in the group (Trevor). The file can be uploaded when Trevor isn't in the group so assume the issue is related to his setup in Sharepoint/Teams. Can you please assist in directing me to relevant area to fix this issue?
