NickBenoni what version of Office 365 do you have? What does it say in the Teams admin center? Can you access that?

    Hi Eric,

    sorry for the late response - I was expecting email notification.

    Microsoft 365 Family.

    I don't know how to get to Teams Admin... I am an engineer not in IT!

    Attached is the screen I get - Teams opens on start up.

      NickBenoni  It appears you IT admin has limited who can make create a Team. Do you have SharePoint? If you do, can you go to the SharePoint page and see if it has "create site". If you can create a Team Site that is an important clue. Essentially Teams is just a UI that attaches to that SharePoint Team site (with the foundation being an O365 group) It looks like the attached image.
