Can't record a voicemail greeting on a Teams Certified Phone only the PC ?
We are new to teams and find the quality of recording voicemails via the headsets are poor so we want to record the greetings via our audio codes phone which is a microsoft certified phone and the option is nowhere to be found.
It is not possible to change voicemail from a Teams deskphone.
So you have to use your computer. Do you have the same problem with your headset when in other calls from your Teams client or when you are in meetings?
