Can't log into Teams - says phone number is already linked

Hi, 

 

Need some help please! Have spoken to 6 people in Microsoft support today and no-one has an answer. When I try to log into Teams with my email address, it asks me to provide a phone number. I provide my number and it says I can't use it because it's already linked - but the only account its linked to is mine.... I am at a loss to know what to do!! Do I need TWO phone numbers to be able to use Teams?!! Any help gratefully received!!
