Can't log in to Microsoft Teams
Hello, I can't log into Teams with my work account. I must mention that I created another account with my new domain, but I find it strange that I can log into Microsoft but not Teams.
I would simply like to look at my conversations in Teams and possibly download them.
Please let me know which details you need from me.

I think the issue is that my work account got deactivated, now I'm thinking I need to somehow recover it. Because I can use the same account, just private, but not "work".

- Hello, difficult to say what's happening with the details provided. Are you using Teams free? When you say "work account" is that account provided to you by your company? What error message do you get?
If you're having trouble accessing Teams using the desktop app try going online with InPrivate / Incognito windows instead to avoid mixed/cached credentials.- Hi, thanks for the reply. I'm the owner of the work domain.
