I received an invite to Teams today but when I click Join it says the invitation failed.  If I try to sign in it goes to the link https://teams.microsoft.com/_#/licenseError?errorCode=GuestUserNotRedeemed

And I get the message: 

You're missing out! Ask your admin to enable Microsoft Teams.

Please help!
