alexmbraden Hello, this is a change in behavior and has been published as "Awareness of Microsoft 365 temporary feature adjustments" in the Message center (MC207439).
OneNote:
- OneNote in Teams will be read-only for commercial and education tenants. To edit, please use OneNote for the web or the OneNote desktop app.
- Download size and sync frequency of file attachments has been changed.

ChristianBergstrom Why would Microsoft do that? Why have teams if it can't be interactive?

jaredhawk I agree, this has reduced some of our Teams' efficiencies and productivity. Looking forward to a resolution that sees better interoperability.

Thank you ChristianBergstrom for the reply. Any indications as to how long "temporary" is? I'd like to be able to plan on my teachers being able to use it to its intended extent at by next school year.
