Can't add connector to team
In our team, we want to add the Azure Devops connector. I'm perfectly able to get an overview of connectors that I can add. But when I click add on any of the connectors nothing happens. ...
Ok, so I had the same issue where I was trying to add the webhook connector to a channel I have in Teams with my organization.
I was attempting to add the connector by clicking the three dots inside the channel where I wanted to add it.
In order to get it work, I went into the "Apps" on the left side menu, looked for it there. Added it to the Team/Channel I wanted, and it is now working as intended.
I've reached a dead end with MS support. Creating a new profile seems to fix the issue but of course this is a lot of work. The support I spoke with said that this is as far as they could take this issue as the cause was "corrupted profile". They also suggested user voice, which would require a lot of votes to get anywhere. I hope someone on this thread gets further with MS than I did.
RLithgo were you using MS Premier Support? I have not yet opened a ticket because I was following this case and assumed it would get resolved for everyone, but I will open a ticket now.
