Can't Access Teams

When I try to log in to Teams, it says "Someone has already set up Teams for your organization." However, this is the only email address associated with Microsoft 365. How do I access Teams to add my coworkers and begin using this app?

 

When I try to log in with the desktop app I get an error message. See attached image "teams2"

    At least by judging from the first picture. When it comes to the second one it seems as if you don't have license assigned.
