Yes definitely we are using the free version. I never realized that the free version wouldn't have this very basic feature! That may be just it. Thank you,
Hi fletanturcotte I find it hard to believe that's the case - even free Teams is advertised with the ability to chat. There are a lot of resources online that address this feature - I won't presume to pick one for you to read. If all else fails, open a ticket at answers.microsoft.com, our tech support site, for more personalized service.
