Can't Access Microsoft Teams on my PC

Question

Hi, everytime I try and open my Microsoft Teams app on my PC it won't allow me to log in anymore. It keeps saying 'Your request has been blocked', so I can't get in.

Please can you help me.

Jo_Russ&nbsp;hello,Are you using any kind of VPN? Your account is being used in two places at the same time? Microsoft have a system that blocks if your account is being used in EUA and request a login in Japan por exemple...

Deleted&nbsp;I am using the same account on my iPad as well as my laptop, so is that why I can only access it on my iPad?Joanna

Jo_Russ&nbsp;Joana, have you tried access your account using teams web client in the problematic pc?It's a good try to filter better the problem.
