Cannot invite to meeting user with organization domain
Hi,
we are trying Microsoft 365 features in our organization, so we created and licensed 5 users. Our organization doamin is validated against Micrososft services.
In this scenario, the 5 demo users cannot invite the other members of the organzation (the users that are not part of the demo). Inviting third party domain users present no issues.
Is there a way to bypass this behaviour?

You will not be able to invite them to a Team and they cannot use the Teams client unless you license them.
As the previous post said you may be able to invite them to a meeting as long as they join via the web client.

Thank You!
Just for curiosity. Is there any way to use Microsoft 365 services (Office Apps, Sharepoint, OneDrive, Teams, ecc) without using Exchange Online? (Domain MX records point to another mail server, that is not an on-prem Exchange)

If those users are not licensed for Teams, chances are the system is not recognizing them as valid invitees. You should still be able to schedule a meeting with them via Outlook.
