Cannot export Wiki from Teams to OneNote
Microsoft has announced that they are going to disable Wikis in Teams and suggest that people use OneNote instead. These instructions (https://support.microsoft.com/en-au/office/export-a-wiki-to-a-onenote-notebook-8cd8ab0c-2314-42b0-a1d0-5c6c4c5e1547) state that you can export a Teams Wiki to OneNote. The instructions indicate that from the Wiki tab in Teams, I should select Get Details and Export to Notes. I don't have those options. When I select the tab that has the wiki, my options are Expand tab, reload tab, copy link to tab, rename, about this tab, remove.
What do other people have?
Looking at the animation on the help page, the 'Get Details' button will appear in a banner once the Wiki feature moves to read-only.
You'll have to wait until this rolls out for you and the banner appears.

By these instruction https://support.microsoft.com/en-au/office/export-a-wiki-to-a-onenote-notebook-8cd8ab0c-2314-42b0-a1d0-5c6c4c5e1547)
Ensure that you are using the latest version of Teams by checking for updates and installing any available updates. Also you have the necessary permissions to access and export Wiki content in https://pintodown.com/. If you are not an owner or contributor to the Wiki, you might not have access to the export feature.
- TandyWineIron ContributorYes it's working for us now. Our tenant was just delayed from getting the update.
- Omar_AbohatabCopper ContributorIf you are using a private channel so the option won't be available, exporting is only available for standard channels check here: https://support.microsoft.com/en-gb/office/export-a-wiki-to-a-onenote-notebook-8cd8ab0c-2314-42b0-a1d0-5c6c4c5e1547#:~:text=What%20will%20happen%20to%20wikis%20in%20private%20channels%3F%E2%80%AF%C2%A0
- PJ7776Copper ContributorSame problem in my organisation: some user are getting the promt to export teams wiki to OneNote but other in the same organisation do not get the promt to export, so they cant do it.
- TandyWineIron ContributorPer the Message Center update in the M365 Admin Center, we should have the ability to export Wiki's to OneNote as of early March 2023. It states "Stage 1 – (Timeline – early March 2023) Users won't be able to create new wikis, but they can continue to access (read/write) their existing wiki. Users also have the option to export their content to OneNote. Once users export their content to OneNote, the Wiki is available as read only." If our users are going to have to export one Wikis one by one, the sooner we have that access the better. We still do not see this option in our tenant. Here's the Message Center update link for MC496248 : https://admin.microsoft.com/Adminportal/Home?ref=MessageCenter/:/messages/MC496248

Thanks for the reply. But... what can I do if I have accidentally dismissed the banner (clicked it away)? It does no longer appear.
Thanks!

Sebastian_Welke Hey, it may be because they've extended the retiring date to January 2024.
Teresa_Cyrus has some great content about it here: Microsoft Teams News: Wiki Page Retiring in January 2024 & There Are Things You Must Do - Page 2 - Microsoft Community Hub
There's also a video about where to find the wiki content in SharePoint.
- TandyWineIron ContributorThe animation ran so fast and I couldn't slow it down to understand what was supposed to happen. This was listed as being complete in March. I just thought that 7 days into April it would be done. Thank you, I appreciate your clarification.
