Looking at the animation on the help page, the 'Get Details' button will appear in a banner once the Wiki feature moves to read-only.
You'll have to wait until this rolls out for you and the banner appears.

It states "Stage 1 – (Timeline – early March 2023) Users won't be able to create new wikis, but they can continue to access (read/write) their existing wiki. Users also have the option to export their content to OneNote. Once users export their content to OneNote, the Wiki is available as read only." If our users are going to have to export one Wikis one by one, the sooner we have that access the better. We still do not see this option in our tenant.
